A small terrace, but with the same problems a large one has. The tiles were broken — not in one place, but in many. Beneath them the base was compromised: water had gathered for years, breaking the bond, weakening the surface.
Small size does not mean easier work. It means less room for error.
We removed everything. We built a new screed with the correct level and slope, so water has direction. On top we applied waterproofing — the real protection, the one you do not see, but which holds everything else together.
And finally — polyurethane coating with coloured flakes. This is where technology meets aesthetics. Polyurethane is flexible, UV-resistant, and stable across temperature changes — exactly what a terrace needs. The flakes give it character and turn a protective surface into a decorative one.
The result: a terrace that works as a system. A protected base, a calm owner, a surface that looks good and stays that way.
